About the website demo
You can save a demo consultation and view it in your account. Identity checks and video bookings are demos, not completed checks or real appointments. Clinical review, delivery, clinical-team messaging, regular check-ins and two-tap pause or cancellation are not included in this demo.

A clinician reviews it
A UK-registered clinician looks at everything and decides what’s right for you. Sometimes the answer is no, and that’s a good thing. You’ll always get a clear next step.
Your plan, delivered discreetly
If it’s right for you, your plan arrives in plain packaging. Nobody needs to know.
Check in anytime
Message your clinical team whenever you like and keep up with regular check-ins. You can pause or cancel in two taps, with no awkward phone call.

Booking a call isn’t the same as completing one. Entering measurements isn’t the same as a clinician confirming them. These checks come before a clinical decision, not after.

Who is Avah for?
Avah is for adults aged 18 and over in the UK. We’re here for women navigating their wellbeing, whatever chapter they’re in.
How does Avah work?
Choose your category, tell us about you and complete your safety check: photo ID and a selfie for everyone. Weight management also includes a video call and clinician-confirmed height and weight; other categories include video whenever your clinician asks. A UK-registered clinician then decides what’s right for you. The website consultation is a demo and does not provide clinical care.
Will I speak to a real clinician?
Avah’s approach puts a UK-registered clinician’s review before any clinical decision. A video call is always part of weight management, and required for other categories whenever your clinician asks. Today’s video calendar only saves a demo reservation.
Is everything delivered discreetly?
Any agreed plan is intended to arrive in plain packaging. What’s inside is between you and us. The website demo does not include delivery.
Can I change my mind?
Of course. You’re in charge of your routine. Two-tap pause and cancellation are part of Avah’s service journey, with no awkward phone call. The website demo does not include plan management; full terms will be shown before you agree to a plan.
Can I message my clinical team?
Clinical-team messaging and regular check-ins are part of Avah’s service journey, but are not included in the website demo. Your account currently shows saved demo consultations and any existing clinician messages or requests. Avah isn’t an emergency service: use NHS 111 for urgent advice, or call 999 in an emergency.
